Persephone, please help me to acknowledge and embrace my fears and insecurites in my relationships, to go into the darkness of myself and learn not to fight it, but to make peace with it and encourage it to, in turn, embrace the light.
For this, I will show kindness to my own mother, and to others challenging their own shadows and grievances. I will tread lightly of the earth and in turn, give back equally what I take from it. I will stay mindful of that which I put into the earth, and aim towards as little destruction and pollution as possible. I will educate myself on nature's gifts and show gratitude for all nourishment that sustains my living, breathing form until I am yet to greet you at the gates of the Underworld.
